On the first floor there are 3 rooms off respectively 10, 9 and 9 m2. One of the rooms has a balcony of 4 m2. Then a bath room of 6 m2 with bath and toilet.

Outside in the garden is a wooden garden shed.

The home is equipped with electrical heating, double glass on most of the windows and is in good condition. The construction of the chalet is wooden, on cement polls.
The surroundings of the front balcony need to be redone as well as some of the wooden surfaces. In 2006 the house has been treated against termites and so, with a guarantee of 10 years.
