At 5 min walk: all schools up to college plus a leisure centre. 55 min from Auch, 20 min Riscle and 30 min Nogaro and its race course. Mont-de-Marsan is at about 1 hr15, the beaches at 2 to 2,5 hours (Mimizan, Hossegor, Cap-Breton, Bayonne, Biarritz). Spanish border at 3 hours by Tarbes or Biarritz.
