Two partly refurbished farm houses, of which the largest (approx. 20x11 m) is semi detached as last in a string. The other, smaller farm house (approx. 12x15 m) is detached at about 20 m distance from the first. Both farm houses are situated on a hill ridge near a very quiet village in the Champagne Ardennes, in the area where Haute-Marne, Haute-Saone and Bourgogne meet.
The farm houses stand on a piece of land which is close to 1700 m2, of which half has a steep inclination. Most of the first farm house is refurbished with attention to detail and in authentic style. The house is equipped with wood-fired central heating and additional oil-fired central heating to protect the house against sub-zero temperatures when no one is in the house. Furthermore a 200 litre storage water heater and a completely new electric installation are present.

Technical details
New septic tank according to the latest standards. Renovated roof. Beams, slats and roof tiles have been replaced. New gutters and cornices installed, with the gutter carpentry still waiting for a finishing touch.

The second house is equipped with a water and electrical system and water drainage (septic tank), and some work has been done to create a beautiful guest house or gîte. This farm house is also ideally suited for a possible summer kitchen.
