Villa in excellent situation at 30 km from the beaches
Villa with 85m2 living space in a Mediterranean garden of 1200m2 with undisturbed view on the edge of a villa park between (30 km), Carcassonne (40 km, airport) and Narbonne (TGV – 25 km). Gerona Airport (Spain) and Toulouse at 90 minutes. The beaches of the Med. are at only half an hours’ drive. Ski area in the Pyrenees at 1.5 hrs. At 3 kms is the Canal du Midi and a golf course is under construction. At 6 kms the lovely Lac de Jouarres (100hwa) for nautical activities, with sun meadows, guarded swimming and a restaurant. Within a 6-10 km radius there are many supermarkets and other shops. Hiking and cycling straight from the house in unspoiled nature. In the area are many other interesting venues, like Cathare castles, grotto’s and the Montagnes Noires. At 300 m from the house is a small camping with big pool and a restaurant. The villa
The house itself has a big entrance hall, a living room of 30m2, two big bedrooms (possibly 3), a fully equipped bathroom with tub, shower and toilet, and a second toilet cabinet with shower.
