Independent villa with pool in the foothills of the Mont Ventoux
Villa in the vineyards, facing a wine chateau on the edge of e medieval village. The villa is 6 years old and has a surface of 130m2 on a plot of 2850m2. With from the living room- kitchen a marvellous view across the vineyards at the mighty Mont Ventoux. At five minutes walk form the village (2000 inhabitants) with all shops and services, including post office, three restaurants and a bar. Famous wine domains like Cotes de Ventoux, Cotes du Rhone Villages, Cotes de Luberon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Tavel, Gigondas and Vaqueras are all close. Cities: Carpentras, Avignon, L’Isle sur la Sorgue, Luberon all within 35 km. Aix-en-Provence, Camargue, Saint Remy, Arles, Marseille in a 80 km radius. Autoroute A7 and A8 at 15 km. Marseille airport at 85 km.

Living room with open kitchen 50m2, two big bedrooms (possibly transformed into 3), two bathrooms, two toilets. Two storage rooms of which one is the technical room.
