About 1300m2 of constructible grounds with all connections (water, electricity, phone and sewage). It is now still a vineyard, at just e few minutes on foot from the centre of a town with about 1500 inhabitants and all amenities. It is surrounded by some existing homes and some other building projects. Lovely quiet spot with nice views. The village is 15 minutes from the city of Carpentras. A half hour from Avignon (TGV) and 85 kms from Marseille (Ryan Air). Highway A7 at 20 kms).

The village is quite lively, knows many cultural activities and has become rather international lately. About 15% of the inhabitants are foreigners that feel quite at home. Also because of the excellent situation between the Mont Ventoux (hiking, cycling, winter sports) and the rolling hills with the many wine-properties in the south.
