Partly renovated farm with 15 ha and great possibilities
This handsome farm is in the mountaneous “Les Alpes Mancelles” at 20 kms from the provincial town of Alencon and 40 kms from Le Mans. At 2 kms is a big natural reserve, a forest with hiking and biking paths. The farm is in good shape, as are the annexe buildings. The grounds consist at the moment of 7 ha of meadows, 7 ha of fields and 1 ha of woodland.
