Old “Bastide”, Provence farmhouse
An old stone bastide of 90m2, semi-detached, at 5 min from Lorgues in the Var (83), at 5mn from the centre, in the heart of a hamlet between the vineyards and the woods and near the river. At 10 min. from the TGV station Les ARCS ( 4h15 from Paris ) and 25 min. from the beaches (Fréjus, Saint Raphael, Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime).
Lorgues is a charming little village of 10 000 inhabitants, with all the facilities, at 1 hour from the Nice and Marseilles airports. A restaurant with one Michelin star is at 2 min. from the house. You’ll fall for it immediately!
The house
The house counts three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom of 20m2, a living with fireplace of 25m2, kitchen of 20m2, 2 bathrooms, on 700m2 grounds.
It was built in the 19th century and has all the charm of old houses, several levels and many entries, you can eat in front of the kitchen, have a drink on the terrace and have direct access to your car.
A “patecq”, a common of 5000 m2 is available for the use of all the inhabitants of the hamlet.
