Spacius farm with barn and planning permission
Spacious farm with plans and a planning permission for the construction of extensive tourist accommodation. Located in the Limousin on a grounds of approx. 4.000 m2. It would be possible to obtain more land. The quiet and space here are fabulous. And still everything necessary can be found within 30 minutes. The school, baker’s, butcher’s and a restaurant at 3 km in Champsac.
