The owner of the real estate presented on Immogo will be the only one responsible for the publication.
When sending in information for a publication on Immogo, the owner will assume his or her responsibility for the correctness of this information. Also, the owner will recognise and accept the fact that the activities of Immogo are exclusively limited to the publication of an advertisement on the Internet and/or the translation of his descriptions. Immogo will never in any way be involved in the actual real estate transaction itself. Immogo is merely a means of advertising publication. In normal language: It is not my fault!
I try hard. But it is still possible that some information on this site is not correct. That a house is more (or less!) expensive than mentioned. That the owner has embellished the situation beyond proportion, inciting you to make a useless trip. That a house is already sold, but still on Immogo. That there are typo’s, spelling mistakes, faulty grammatical constructions and lousy translations on the site. In any of these cases, but also in other cases that information on Immogo might lead to damages to it’s visitors or other parties, I am sorry to have to renounce all responsibility. This document absolves me from all the blame. If you don’t agree with this, I urge you not to use any services of the undersigned or Immogo and go try your luck elsewhere.
What do Immogo and Krek do? And especially: what don’t they!
Immogo is an advertising media. Like a newspaper, but then only for private people. I make websites, I translate ads for the online sale of property in France and I put everything online. I do not give advice about the technical state of houses. Nor about the price of real estate, nor about whatever other part of the transaction. Also, I do not accompany buyers to the object for sale and I do not get involved in the negociations. These are activities of other professionals.
Immogo and Krek SARL reserve the right to refuse publication of any information offered by (prospective) clients without having to offer an explanation. Advertisements and translations that are not up to our quality standard will not be published.
