Immogo is a high end real estate advertising site that only charges for advertising that works: No Sale No Bill. You only have to pay if you actually sell to someone who found your offer on Immogo. The price for an effective and successful ad on Immogo is based on the value of your home:

Please note the price is based on the originally published asking price of your real estate. If you lower your price later, this has no effect on the amount of the invoice. This is because you do not pay a commission on the sale, but a fixed price for effective advertising.
To be able to pay Immogo in case of success, you will have to take the initiative and tell us about the sale, so we can send you a bill for successful advertising. VAT is included. Even if you sell through another means, don't forget to ask us to take your ad down. We need to keep the site up to date.
By the way, you do not have to sign a contract. The Immogo System is based on an old-fashioned notion that – unfortunately – is getting rare in business: A gentlemens agreement... trust.
